Coming Soon - My Virtual French Cheese Workshops

As I mentioned in September, I teamed up with Context Conversations and presented an online French cheese tasting seminar that was offered a few more times over the last few months. And more dates have been added in December and January.

I was also invited by La Cuisine Paris to do a live French fromage workshop in November, with another one coming up in mid-December.

All of this got me thinking that it would be fun to create some more comprehensive online workshops of my own, so that's exactly what I did!

For the moment I've got three finished that I'm going to launch shortly (all of the calendar app stuff and payment app stuff is a bit of a learning curve), so watch this space and I hope to share all of my French cheese knowledge and passion with you very soon.

I'm excited too! Just ironing out some details, which seems to take forever. Thank you for all of your help and advice. It has been so appreciated!

Hi,

I'm not sure how I found it, but I've read through your posts with much interest. My husband and I have been in the Pezenas area for almost 2 years. We love it in France and intend to stay here. I'm just curious about why you left the Olonzac area, what you think of Olonzac, and how you like living in Paris? We bought a house close to Pezenas to get established here, but are looking around other parts of France to possibly move. After we've been here for 5 years and either get our 10 year residency or apply for citizenship, we might want to try other parts of France. We are lucky that we are older and don't need to work while we're here. Olonzac is one place I'm considering. I'd love to try a bigger town, but I'm not sure that my husband would be interested. After all the time that you've been here, do you have any general advice?

Thanks,

Krista Thomas

Hi Krista
After so many years in the country, it was great to move back to a city and we love Paris! We also loved living in the south. Olonzac is a great town with all the services and a fabulous weekly market. We also loved living in Normandy. Bayeux (14,000 people) was really ideal, but not the same weather. :)
