I have at least 6 going in the fridge, excluding the Parmigiano Reggiano and the Gruyère for cooking .
BTW: I saw that you had snow in the Calvados yesterday but I feel for those who are in the south - snow on cacti and palm trees in Marseilles and black ice on the street in Ciotat.

Mary Nothing quite like a good Manchego, and Mahon sounds very interesting. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to Spanish cheese (other than Manchego). Must try that sometime. Thanks!

I agree with the concept but sometimes I go overboard at the cheese shop and I have to invite friends over to help eat it. Love cheese!

Too much of a good thing is never enough...so no there is no such thing as too much cheese!!!
There is only too much cheese in your fridge if you can't fit any more in there.
You can never have too many cheeses, we usually have at least 10-12 in our fridge at any given time as well!
