Oh Loulou, that photo of the door is so gorgeous. Just makes me want to walk right up those steps to admire the flowers and the DOOR. Thank you for all of your wonderful pictures. I tried to paint one of your photos, but it didn't come out as well as I'd hoped. I may have to try it again.
ever notice those unusual door knockers on many homes? hands with rings and chime like levers to knock with!!! many other styles that we have never seen anywhere else in Europe!! beautiful too especially on old rustic doors!!
