Camille It was delicious. Next time I'll use an oil thermometer so the thighs come out perfectly.
Anne Do you only fry white meat? It is easier to find chicken legs here than breasts and I always preferred the dark meat when eating fried chicken. :)

I am surprised you fried legs and thighs..pretty difficult to do.
But pleased they came out well in the end...yes practice makes perfect!!!
