sognatrice, That is one of the things I love about living in Europe! There is a season for most fresh fruit and veg and you can look forward to the season and appreciate the produce so much more.

Such a happy berry are they not? So many ways to use them, dessert, soup, salad and best with chocolate!
We eat them like crazy while they have their brief, sweet season.
Strawberries and Champagne followed by strawberries and chocolate. heaven!
It's a wee bit early still.
But they are tempting.
They look fabulous! It makes me think of summer.
