1) The stained glass windows aren't the only beautiful thing at Sainte-Chapelle
2) The British Library. I loved this place so much I wanted to move in.
3) I couldn't get over this sky!
4) A day trip to London last week made me realize how much I love and appreciate the cafés in Paris
5) Figs stuffed with foie gras. Need I say more?

My wife and I visited Sainte-Chapelle recently. On the way in we spotted a poster for an upcoming musical performance. Lucky us, it was the following evening and tickets were still available! So the next day we found ourselves in Sainte-Chapelle, listening to a seven-piece chamber music group play Vivaldi. The sun was setting and we watched the colors of the magnificent stained-glass windows slowly fade. It was magical.
Being a Brit, I LOVE the British Library too ;-)
