Easy for me. By order of preference: 1. Mille-feuille. 2. Baba au Rhum (only if eating it at home :-) 3. Eclair au café. 4. Tartelette aux fruits. Voilà. Veronique (French Girl in Seattle)

Younger boy loves a Tartelette aux fruits, older boy a Salombo (is that spelt right?) whist hubbie and I are partial to a nice pain ou raisin! Rosie

Oh my, I always end up buying too many things! My favorite would be tartelette aux framboises, closely followed by éclair au café's mouthwatering only to think of them :) And don't even get me started on macarons :) Yum!

My first order of business when landing in France is to find a patisserie and have a chausson aux pommes. Yum - now I'm craving one.

Entering a patisserie always brings a smile to my face. My first choice would be a "Paris-Brest", un mocha au cafe, une religious ou eclair au cafe, une tarte (de saison), un flan (sans prune-au [my computer won't let me write prune-au]).

I would start with your #4. Not a fan of your #2.

I'm a big fan of the éclair.

#3 please!

Love the little fruit tartelettes but not a fan of macarons.

Oh yes, a chausson aux pommes is a wonderful thing!

A very good list!
