A pretty picture. But the mushrooms don't look like any chanterelle mushrooms I have ever seen either here in California or at the markets in Provence.
Loulou, which market is this? I'm now stuck in a very rainy and cold place. Up north. (Pays-bas). I can hardly wait for my next trip to Cannes... I miss the markets, the colors, the cheeses...

They aren't as orange as the chanterelles I remember finding in Seattle. Maybe the vendor made a mistake?
