It was a brilliant birthday bash!
I'm happy to report that even at the age of (almost) 40, I still have the stamina to dance and make merry until 3:30am. And happily, I woke up with no new wrinkles. Just a killer headache.

Thanks Walt! It was a mélange of cuisines as a few friends helped with the food...we had chips and salsa, pissaladière, smoked salmon on blinis, tapenade, goat cheese spread on toast and a wonderful, spicy, giant pot of chili. Followed by a killer chocolate cake.

The celebration will continue in New Orleans and in Spokane. I have several friends who are also celebrating their 40th in the next couple of weeks so we will be making merry.
No full moon pictures of that sort here! :)
