donna I found some yellow summer squash at the market last week (unfortunately a rarity around here) and made a shrimp and summer squash casserole that one of my schoolmates in Louisiana gave me. It's a fantastic recipe and really easy! Was Beau's stuffed eggplant anything like Galatoire's? Their's is so damn good!!!!
