We have been buying more and more local "tomme" lately -- for some reason we didn't use to. I wonder if more are being made around here for non-family consumption? It seems like they are taking up more and more space in the cheese departments...have you noticed that?

There are so many tommes, I agree.
I love seeing new cheeses show up at the markets!
