Loulou (Jen), have you ever thought of exchanging your place with Betty C.? You spend the week-end in Aveyron, and she comes down to your place. Maybe Ken and Walt might be interested too? Just a thought of course, but since you guys kind of know each others, it could be cheap and fun.
I have the same picture! LOL, probably a future Wordless Wednesday post.
As for Nadège's suggestion, I'd prefer for us all to see each other! I wouldn't have you coming to Aveyron without me around...especially since it's not that far.
Martha I love that green too. So fresh and bright.
Sandy You're welcome! :)
Nadège That is a good idea, but Betty, in her comment that follows yours, was right. I wouldn't want to go visit the Aveyron without her there. Ditto for Walt and Ken. Thanks for suggesting it though!
Betty I wouldn't want to! You will be a great guide and we'll have fun being tourists together.
parlez-vous Glad you like this photo! It was taken in Le Somail, near Narbonne. The floating épicerie is there all year but I'm not sure if it is open in the winter.

That is so beautiful - that special quality of green that only shows itself in spring.
This makes me happy! Thank you. I miss that canal.
