oops I think epoisses is from Normandy the instructor said
oops again I quess it is originally from Burgundy - a town of that name somewhere
oops for the last time - my wife said you wrote it up a couple of weeks ago which I found- thanksI agree it was great with a baquette and a lovely burgundy white or red!!next trip to Total foods I will have a box to savor and say salute to Loulou!!
