Well, it's blue, that's for sure! Does Blogger Beta have a new selection of templates?
It's easier to read, reverse type, than black but still harder than black text on white/light background. FWIW!

I see you've changed again. I'll echo Alanna and say that dark text on a light background is MUCH easier on the eyes than the opposite!
