Ah...good question! I sometimes have goat cheese in the morning if I don't have yogurt. That salted butter has had me captivated the last couple of days.
I LOVE that butter.Whenever I can find it here it's like a treasure. That tartine could be completed with a nice drop of honey - the contrast with the saltiness is perfect.
spacedlawIsn't it divine butter! I could just eat huge chunks of it. We don't buy it too often...it's like a drug. Honey would be perfect with the salt and butter, great idea!
