Now I need to get out and find some more! :)Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18245742506531002363noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20775625.post-5122188962007111022013-04-17T13:19:06.644+02:002013-04-17T13:19:06.644+02:00I know this is an old post, but I'm enjoying c...I know this is an old post, but I'm enjoying cross-referencing your experiences with cheeses with mine as I discover them. I've been in France about 2 years and have been a casual taster but am on the verge of getting a little more organized (coincidentally as you shift gears on your blog).

My fromagerie had Cabretou out as a free sample this weekend, and I was one of those people (along with the little kids) who ate about 5 pieces (then I bought a hunk). All I can say is Wow, I'm in love! This will be a repeat purchase for sure. I honestly didn't know a goat cheese could taste this rich.

Thanks so much for your tenacity with your blog, and I look forward to its new direction!Lynnnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20775625.post-43776427335874412212008-11-26T07:34:00.000+01:002008-11-26T07:34:00.000+01:00AnneI keep a list in the little book so when I'm ...Anne
I keep a list in the little book so when I'm out buying I don't repeat cheeses. There are many that I remember perfectly though!

Betty
No worries! I'll look for you in January. :)Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18245742506531002363noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20775625.post-48843740437079450272008-11-25T20:11:00.000+01:002008-11-25T20:11:00.000+01:00Oh poo, I missed your Fête du Fromage in November....Oh poo, I missed your Fête du Fromage in November...maybe December (unlikely)...maybe January?Betty Carlsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17155852272383173880noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20775625.post-81358176410690698762008-11-25T19:16:00.000+01:002008-11-25T19:16:00.000+01:00That is some cheese eating!! :-)How do you remembe...That is some cheese eating!! :-)

How do you remember which cheeses you have eaten, or do you just look at your little book.

My husband only likes very strong mature cheeses, where as I , don't mind.Anne in Oxfordshirehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14479380647784781207noreply@blogger.com
