We tend to keep it in paper wrapping outside the house. How lovely to see you have enjoyed this one. At the opposite end of teh scale try a Brebis de Basque Chevre. There is also a Fumé version which is spectacular. Very savoury cheese, with citrus aftertaste, the legendary Umami at it's best.
