I have been down to The Charente this year , it was fabulous to see another area of France,

#4, Incongruous... indeed it is. For one thing, it is en Anglais. What's up with that? For another, it is what you might see in front of Starbucks. What's up with that?

Reminds me of an old joke: An American tourist in Paris asks the desk clerk at the hotel if the taxi drivers in Paris speak English. The clerk responded "Monsieur, do the taxi drivers in New York speak Français?"
