Thank you! Now I know what coeur de boeuf tomatoes are called in English. Amazing name: heirloom tomatoes. Ox heart is probably a good description (not that I really know what it looks like).

Here we call them Ox hearts in translation... So nice and so good looking!

Mmmmmm tomatoes! Marinara sauce. A yummy BLT. Or a delicious perfectly ripe one with a tiny bit of salt eaten like an apple! Love markets. And the French ones must be extra special..

Actually, the tomatoes just to the right of the coeur de boeuf are the heirloom ones. Not sure what coeur de boeuf are called in English....
