And we will begin that harvest in about two weeks.

Beautiful. Now I look forward to the "In the Glass" shot. Yum....

Mouth-watering grapes! Meant to say earlier that the new header picture is pretty terrific, too.

Enjoyed some of a previous year's bounty with dinner last night

I am sure that given the heat that harvest will start before too long. Hopefully, the rain came intermitently at the right time so the quality will be really good. Only time will tell.

Looks like a good year, doesn't it?

Soon, very soon. :)

Emm
Thanks! I love taking photos of the vines, the vineyards and the grapes every season.

I was worried with the cool summer we've had up until last week, but our neighbors say that the amount of sun we've had means that the temperature made no difference.

Nadege
I think they'll start picking the white grapes in the next week or two.

lisa
After the harvest, if there are any left hanging, I might have to go forage and make some grape jam.

There's something so beautiful about lush, ripe grapes, isn't there?
