La Conversation

Fromagerie du Puits Neuf

Yesterday, totally out of the blue, my husband said to me, "honey, your idea that we should move to France was the best idea you've ever had."

I couldn't agree more.

Lovely!
I have recently been given the opportunity to move to London but I am unsure. I have never been and it would be for about a year. The upside that comes to mind every time I weigh my options is that I am close to France, Italy & Spain.

I would say so! At some point I will be living there half the year. Until then vacations. Love the pix. Hope to catch you next year for sure this time. ;)

Sounds like it was a good conversation and headed in the right direction.

Your husband is brilliant, and so are you.
I love, love that bicycle. I so covet it.
Wanderful Traveler: Do it! A year goes by very fast, so if you don't like it, the time won't be so long, and if you do like it you'll want to stay. Win win.

That is sweet and kind of your husband to pay you such a compliment. Truly it was the right decision for both of you.
I love your blog

Maybe your husband could speak to my husband about saying something like that to me :)

I would go! A year in another country is a fabulous opportunity!

Sandy
Let me know when you're coming back and I'm sure we'll have the chance to meet.

Carina
It was a sweet thing for him to have said. :)

Emm
Thank you!
Isn't that a great bike? It belongs to our neighbor.

Helen
He is a sweet guy. It was definitely the right decision!

Maureen
Shall I have him call your husband? :)

I'd love to know how it was you came to move to France - is there a blog post on it?

I don't think I've ever written one post about it...but it has been mentioned in several different posts. We moved to France because we wanted to. As simple as that! :)
