loulou - what veggies etc do the markets come up with during the winter spring months? always lovely stuff when we have been in France May-June with veggies etc..the cheese would be good enough for me + seafood!!!will be missing France this May - traded for a couple of weeks in New England - lobsters may make up for rillets, etc but I doubt it! keep up the good work Dale
Right now it is asparagus, artichokes, lettuces, spring onions, Swiss chard, spring garlic and little potatoes, to name a few.Enjoy your trip to New England. And the lobsters. Yum!
