I am surprised you fried legs and thighs..pretty difficult to do.But pleased they came out well in the end...yes practice makes perfect!!!
CamilleIt was delicious. Next time I'll use an oil thermometer so the thighs come out perfectly.AnneDo you only fry white meat? It is easier to find chicken legs here than breasts and I always preferred the dark meat when eating fried chicken. :)
