We enjoyed a fabulous lunch here last week that ended with one of my favorite desserts, lemon tart. A luscious, tart lemon tart. Nothing worse than an overly sweet lemon tart!

Oh, that lemon tart looks heavenly! I'd love to sink my teeth into that... I've become addicted to everything and anything lemon in recent times, and I really need to learn how to make a lemon tart of my own...

I used to make lemon tart all the time. It isn't difficult and is so delicious! Especially here in France where you can buy the pastry crust ready to roll out and cook. All you need to make is the filling.
You should give it a try!

the recipe is really easy.
9 whole eggs
350g sugar
300ml creme liquide
zest 6 lemons & juice of 4
